GIESSER MULTITOOL CHEF, SPOON AND TWEEZER

Every cook has a spoon for tasting and a pair of tweezers for plating. In German, these items are called Löffel and Pinzette. But you only need to remember one name:Löffzette – the multifunctional tool that no professional chef or ambitious amateur wants to do without.

But you can’t just season and serve with the Löffzette, which is a spoon on one side and tweezers on the other. It can also be used as grill or meat tongs, for decorating, for catering and even instead of chopsticks – or as a sustainable cutlery substitute for snacks and soups at the buffet.

The Löffzette was developed by GIESSER, together with star chef Ralf Jakumeit. Rocking Chef Jakumeit is so impressed with the Löffzette that he no longer travels without it: “The world needs the Löffzette.” It was presented to a wide audience at Intergastra 2020 as a product innovation and generated enthusiastic responses.

The Löffzette, made of dishwasher-safe stainless steel, is available in two lengths: 17 cm for precise work when plating and decorating (article no. 9514 s 17) and 37 cm for use at the stove and grill (article no. 9514 s 37).
